Shipping Policy
Most of our products are free shipping within Canada. Our shipment process takes about 24-48 hours.
All tariff and custom charges are covered by us on U.S and U.K orders so customers don't have to pay upon delivery.
Please note that since we provide standard shipping on most of our products shipping will take from 6-8 business days depending on the volume of orders.
In the busy months it may take a bit longer. We will try our best that you receive your products on time however, we have no control over delays that may occur depending on your country's regulations.
Unfortunately, Inaya Collections cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
