Return and Exchange Policy

Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with you products you may exchange it for online store credit with in the first 7 days of your purchase. Though Inaya collection covers the cost of shipping upon purchase.
When customers want to return the products they are responsible for the shipping charges. Inaya Collection will not be liable to provide credit if the product is lost during the shipping process. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address to avoid such situation. 
Inaya Collection does not provide any guarantee that customers will find the exact product for exchange upon returning the original product. Therefore, the way is to return the product and then log on to our website and purchase any available product of your choice with the store credit. Please allow 2-7 business days for the return process to take place and to receive you store credit.
To be eligible for a store credit, all returned products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. 
 
Sale Items  

All SALE items are FINAL sale. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

All jewelry and Hijabs are also FINAL SALE No returns will be accepted.

Missing Items
While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped correct item(s).
